You made the claim, back it up. There was evidence shown that contradict your statements and we, as humans and Wolves tend to stay within certain patterns. Specifically, since the trend shows Rap not being number one, and by a far margin, and years worth of history show the same thing, it's unlikely to change drastically. Therefore, it is safe to presume that the historical information is still relatively accurate by todays standards. If it is incorrect, then you need to provide factual evidence to prove it, otherwise you are only making hopeful claims.

Its apparent to me that you don't know much about rock music.

 

 

Although Metal is often considered a sub-catergory of Rock, it is not true rock. No more than Hip-Hop and Rap are the same.

 

Slipknot, Rob Zombie, and Marylin Manson are better defined as metal.

 

Godsmack could better fall under Alternative. Same as Puddle of Mudd.
