Ok, so I don't know the complete story, I'm trying to learn what I can on this.

 

So far in my trying to learn more, my starting (and so far only clues) are this:

• There is a phone number in the background, 893-7681 for what appears to be a business of sorts (but could be a residential number or could be unlisted).
  
• Looks like another phone number that either starts with "395" or "399".
  
• Would seem to be on a street corner (where the mom is sitting, the curb is curving inwards)
  
• A busy street, possibly a main street
  
• Looks kind of run down, so that may be an indication of a part of the city/town
  

If *ANYONE* comes across more information, PLEASE post it. It would be WONDERFUL to get the full details.
