rockoncheese101
eminem would not help me w/ stress AT ALL. If i was to listen to that, i would have to be in a good mood. I mean..most of his songs make me laugh my butt off..but i gatta be happy 2 begin w/ ya know? When it comes to music 4 releiving stress its punk rock (not completely hard core) or rock. Those calm me down. Then again...im walking a line there..cause they can either get me REALLY HAPPY. or REALLY MAD. Then there are people that can calm me down that play a part. I mean...I either have to be close to u, or dont waste ur time. Kayla is basically one of the only people that care sooo much that she can calm me down weather im mad at her or not. GJ kaywa =) Boys..they dont calm me down..they dont know hooooow to calm me down. Then again, they might make me laugh...at their attempts to calm me down. My mom sometimes can calm me down. Comfort moreso. My dad..no...he just feeds into it. lol. Other friends..well.. they sorta do..but i dont feel much sincerety. More like "say something to have her shut up and stop crying" than "poor alicia =("In most situations..i just cry and greive it off... its that simple. That doesnt help me in the long run. But talking it out is waaaay to limited. Hopefully I wont have ne more stress

~+~ Shady Aftermath ~+~
My dad really doesn't care about this anymore.. I changed in the last few months.. So I am addicted to Swearing.. When I am in an argument with my dad I cry and he yells... then he goes silent with fury.. I start cussing him out.. he just walks away.. I need to take therapy to git rid of my darn cussing problem. Let's just say that I'm always pissed about something.. BONES
I find a good cuss word is needed at times like when your up at 3:00 am and headed for the bathroom and you stub your toe ........
Vampire_Princess
I keep it within and let it build up Sometimes I lock myself up in a room, away from others and listen to music. When I get really stressed out and/or mad I cuss. Often I do poetry, and try to express how I feel. Finding that at times, I can't truly express how I feel with words.
