I included an image copy of the page in case it changes. From reading it though, it would appear that our dear victim isn't as knowledged as she thought.


My rule of thumb is to trust NO email. If it has a link for you to click to verify information, I ignore that and go to the site itself. If information needs to be verified, then it'll ask for it when I sign in.
