Wolfie had some advertisement on a web site which I can't recall. Make three posts and get a free Gmail invite. I took the bait, started posting, got my invite, and have been posting off and on since. Just think - if Wolfie hadn't done that, you guys wouldn't have me! AnGeLiA Posted April 25, 2006 Report Share Posted April 25, 2006 yes, wolfie comes stumbling onto mIRC onto linkline or webnet (idr) w/ the nick 'DacityDotCom' so that basically advertised his site to everyone. =) but of course he had to change it, bc that name was probably against the rules of the chat back then. as i said, i don't remember. then a while later he changes his name to Wolfie and tells everyone about his site and everyone comes and registers (including me) and yadda yadda... and that was probably the most stupid thing i have ever posted... =) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was at the KidChat and I got promoted to a green spider, which was my invite to the Dacity Kidchat.. So I went there with the highlighted name in green, AngieWolf. Then a few weeks later I lost the address to the site so I typed in Dacity and went to the home site.. then I got attracted to the Forums on the page and clicked on it and saw meh fwends!! One of the better moves I made, because it gave my forums some exposure (with only a short term obligation) and then people got to stay if they wanted to.
