"I love you Maria."

"Will always be together"

"I love you John."

"Can I be with you forever?"

He kissed her face

She grabbed his pants

They didnt know what they did at the time

But instead they took the chance.

He stuck it in her

She thought it was right

But they didnt wear a condom

So he said "Baby hold on tight."

She missed her period

He was getting scared

She said "Oh honey this happens often."

So from then on he didnt care.

She vomits often

Her stomach getting bigger

"He'll stay with me." she thought

They will always be together.

She takes a test

She falls to the ground

She cries so loud

But no one heard a sound.

"John you'll have a child soon."

Oh god this is so sad.

"I should have worn a condom, damnit."

Now I'm going to be a dad.

He ran out the door

She cried his name

But from then on she knew

John wouldnt be the same.

Its nine months later

Its a little baby boy

She needed to by food and diapers

And some baby toys.

He hasnt been there sense

She knows that they are done

Mistakes make kids,

So Wear a condom.

The parts in bold are alterations, the last part seems a bit insulting. Kids aren't mistakes, poor judgement is.

Overall a blunt concern to keep in mind, but your flip-flopping on tenses, a couple of misspellings and difficulty of flow make it bumpy for the ride. I give it an 85%, would be lower except for the effort you put into it.
