The Joker Posted February 26, 2006 Report Share Posted February 26, 2006 Here's a Recipe I learned in Home Ec. Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge 1/2 C. Butter or Margarine (1 Stick) 5 Tbsp. peanut butter (Smooth is best) 1 tsp. vanilla 2 C. Powdered Sugar (It disolves quickly and isn't all gritty) Melt butter and peanut butter in microwave safe bowl in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Add the vanilla and powdered sugar and stir until smooth after you microwave the butter and peanut butter. Spread into a 8" x 8" pan. Cool completely. ENJOY!
