Jim Colyer
I was drafted when I was 23. My girl friend was 16. She came from a military family and was more suited for army life than I was. She eventually joined the Air Force.

Jim Colyer
We do not need a draft of any kind. We will win the War on Terror without it.
Apocalyptic
What's up with this thread? There's another thread talking about how women and men are equal and yet you think that Women shouldn't be drafted to the war? So it's okay that men risk their lives in war, but it's not okay for women to be drafted to the war? You know, women have done their best to prove themselves equal to men, and yet they're having a fuss about being drafted into the war. IF they are equal then anyone should be able to be drafted into the war without their being any issues of any sort. So KimmiKitti, yeah it is fair. ~Demolition_X
Jim Colyer
I was drafted in 1969. My 16 year old girl friend was more capable of serving than I was.
