How much water do you drink? They say you should drink 8 glasses of water a day. The clear, sugarfree, no bubbles type of water. And not in the tiny juice glasses either. I have gotten up to drinking 64-80 oz of water a day. It flushes your body and keeps it hydrated. Especially in the winter when your skin seems to get so dry. It is also a big help when trying to keep your weight down. Which is essential when trying to do the basket toss in cheer leading, especially to the one catching or tossing you. Have you seen the movie "Dodge Ball"? :gasp: Scary isn't it?
