The clear, sugarfree, no bubbles type of water. And not in the tiny juice glasses either. I have gotten up to drinking 64-80 oz of water a day. It flushes your body and keeps it hydrated. Especially in the winter when your skin seems to get so dry. It is also a big help when trying to keep your weight down. Which is essential when trying to do the basket toss in cheer leading, especially to the one catching or tossing you. Have you seen the movie "Dodge Ball"? Scary isn't it? Besides, the guy who first started the whole, "8 glasses of water a day" fad, said that milk and soda could be included in that. (I saw it on the news) So does my Coke count toward my water? Sugargirl Posted January 13, 2005 Report Share Posted January 13, 2005 Bascially the only thing I drink is water. I have only drank 4 glasses of soda in my whole 11 years. Soda isn't healthy. Soda.... read the ingrediants. I read somewhere that the carbonation in soda actually steals oxygen from your body. I can't remember where I read it though. But...how's this, the whole new 24/24 fad. Drink 24 ounces of fat free or low fat milk in 24 hours along with a lowfat diet to lose more weight.
