Besides, it's part of the "job" of being a cheerleader, if they don't want to tolerate it, they can quit cheering. Just like if someone wears a ridiculous outfit when they go shopping, they're going to get looked at. They can't complain about people looking at them. TOUCHING, on the other hand. That's a no no.
