So — have been messing about with this thing for maybe six months now and it's stuck on my phone, reckon I'd chuck my thoughts in since someone asked me the other day. Am UK based, generally do football and horses, a fiver here and there, for context.

How I found it was actually pretty stupid — I could never figure out what an each way payout would be once you get five places instead of three. I'd just eyeball it and get a shock. Now I punch the numbers in before I place anything, even the boring singles.

The single bet calculator is the one I open most — you drop in stake and odds and it shows profit and total return instantly, fractional or decimal, doesn't matter. There's also the fiddly ones — doubles and trebles maths, lucky 15s, a yankee, and that's where I always mess it up. If you fancy a poke about, it's over at how many bets in a lucky 63 and it's free with no account nonsense.

One thing that genuinely made a difference was the more serious bits. There's an odds-to-probability converter and it makes obvious how much the bookie's taking, and there's the kelly calculator — I run quarter kelly since full stakes are terrifying. The dutching one is decent if I'm splitting a race.

It's not perfect mind. The design is pretty plain — zero polish, it's clearly function over form. Phone-wise it's fine though the lucky 63 breakdown make you pinch and zoom. Also there's no proper app, just the site — fine by me but worth saying.

Right, that's me. Doesn't cost anything, barely any ads, does the job. If anyone honestly works out returns on a calculator app, have a look — saves me a load of arguments with the bookie.
