Electoral system is crap!

If you're in Georgia, your vote for Kerry won't count b/c Bush will get all the electoral votes.

 

The other way if you're in a liberal state.

 

So, not everbody's vote counts equally. Let's change this system.

Yes it should because most of the election process doesnt even involve the votes from the citizens it is mainly the electorial votes

But it is broken. Look at the problems it cause in the 2000 election. Al Gore was the true winner, but because of the messed up system, a thief (aka George W. Bush) was put into office.

Dac the fact is you dislike george bush therefore you see everything he does wrong

I was for Bush in 2000. But since he lost the popular vote, he shouldn't have been in office. The scandal where votes were manipulated in Florida is another example of how it's flaw. (Only later was it found that Gore technically had won Florida, but that was found after the final decision was made).

It's flawed. It's been flawed and been debated about several times already, even before the 2000 election. All the 2000 election did was demonstrate the flaw more openly than in the past.

I agree with Wolfie our voting system is in need of repair big time. In 2000 Al Gore was the winner, and in the last "election" Ohio was all screwed up with the voting. Bush was never elected he was selected and we are all screwed.
