BONES Posted October 10, 2006 Report Share Posted October 10, 2006 Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb. lean, whole top round steak1 (16oz.) can petite diced tomatoes2 celery ribs, sliced1 onion chopped1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/4 cup raisins1/3 cup water2 Tbsp. vinegar1/2 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1/3 cup olives, sliced4 cups rice, cooked Cut beef into 1 inch cubes. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add beef; brown over high heat turning frequently. Add remaining ingredients, except olivesand rice. Cover and simmer 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
