Please read these announcements even if you think you already have read them as they do change. They are usually timed for when they are available for viewing, and those dates are shown within the announcement. Sometimes the announcement may just be listing a new feature or forum, or it could be something else that could be of importance. So please be sure to read them and check them often for changes.
