Riddle 1

A woman bought a used car for $600 and sold it a friend for

$800. She later bought it back for $1,000 and resold it for

$1,200. Did she make any profit and if so, how much?

Riddle 2

In cubic feet, how much dirt is in a hole 3 feet long, 3 feet

deep, and 3 feet wide?

Riddle 3

Two brothers were talking. One said, "I am fed up with living

in Birmingham because I have to drive all the time. Why don't

we move to London?" His brother replied, "But that would mean

that I would have to drive all the time." What makes him think that?

Good luck

#1 is simple math.

$800 - 600 = 200, $1200 - 1000 = 200. $200 + 200 = $400 profit.

To break it down.. -$600 to buy it, then +$800 to sell. +$200 right there. -$1000 (re-buy) = -$800. Then +$1200 = $400 profit.

#2 none. no hole has dirt in it. No hole has anything in it except for emptiness. Otherwise it wouldn't be a hole.

#3 siamese twins. in London, drivers side of the car is on the right. Most obvious possible solution, of course, it could be for other reasons, but getting INTO things like licenses, etc, is too complex and no enough information is provided.

Good luck
