I work for this company and the manager of the place made a complaint to my agency of my tardiness when the real fact is that I called ahead of time to let him know I would be late. The first time I didn't have a contact number and told him this; the second time, I called; the third time I was two minutes late. The point of this complaint is that I was not the only one who arrived late on these days but I was the only one complained on. In fact one of the employees came in on that day 15 min. later than me and another co-worker.
Oh, maybe I should add that I'm the only physical minority working in the whole place. This Unicity employer is clearly not right.
