The bible is just the word of God it isn't him I mean I could write a book about crap I've said and or command and you wouldn't know who I was not totally anyway.. I mean words on a page aren't gunna illistrate a personality and or a person.. I really don't fully believe in the the bible because the bible was written by man and man by definition are corrupt I do however believe in God

The bible is his teachings it isn't God himself its kinda like guide lines you should follow if we knew all about God there would be no need for faith now would there?

he gives pain so we learn from our mistakes.. and so we don't get to cocky.. for exampe in the future when you have a child and he is first learning to ride a bike without training wheels are you gunna let him fall or hold him up all the time so he never learns what its like to fall? You are gunna let him fall scrap something get hurt then get back up n try again.. thats the way God is with us thats how I see it anyway
