I am sick of not being able to reach anyone of importance to solve problems in large corporations. Does anyone know how to get the emails of these people in companies such as verizon or Sprint where you can get real help instead of just a brush off from someone low down on the help desk???

I haven't tried it, but maybe say that if you're not getting any help, you'll switch to [insert biggest competitor here].

Just call a local NBC station and tell them the problem you're having. That way, in order to avoid BAD publicity, they'll kick into gear to make it look like you just happened have some bad luck when trying to deal with them.
