I dont exactly get night mares, I just have trouble going to sleep at night. Its weird but its like Im afraid some one is watching me at night or something. When I fall a sleep I sleep like a baby, but sometimes I get freaked out b 4. I try going to sleep b 4 my mom sleeping w/ the TV and even counting sheep (lame I know). I need ADVICE!

On about.com, I seem to recall reading that taking 2 tbsp vinegar will help you sleep. Now if I could only remember if it was distilled or apple cider...

I used to have terrible nightmares...people say it's because I'm going through hard times...I don't like it. I usually don't get to sleep until like, 1 in the morning...sometimes later.

Nightmares.. well that totally stinks. What i would do in ur situation, is put candles alllllll around ur room (lit up candles btw) Then burn some scents. Wicked relaxing. Then get ur fav. CD and play it at a low enough volume to concentrate on something that happened during ur day. You'll be so occupied, no time to be nervous. Right?

well the candles woyld remind me of spells which reminds me of bad spirits who are attracted to candles... I sleep w/ the radio on and it helps anyway

IU solved my prob but its really weird. I picture my boyfriend kissing me in a clown suit. Its so strange.... but it works. Occupies me.
