Even Mr. Blackwell can't decide! This year Britney Spears and Paris Hilton tied for the No. 1 spot on the fashion critic's 47th annual list. Blackwell called the ex-bestfriends "Screamgirls" and said they were "two peas in an over-exposed pod." Meanwhile, Lindsay Lohan ("from adorable to deplorable") came in third place this year and Christina Aguilera ("all crass, no class") ranked fifth. Other fashion offenders on the list include Camilla Parker-Bowles, Mariah Carey, Paula Adbul, Sharon Stone, Tori Spelling, Sandra Oh and Meryl Streep.
